I just had my internal hemorrhoids banded yesterday, I am still in HORRIBLE PAIN!?

Has you or a friend gone through this? This procedure is supposed to be painless. I’m taking strong pain killers but they don’t work. What should I do?

Has the pain increased or come back suddenly? Are you taking the medication as prescribed? Are they working not enough for you or not at all?See your physician. If cou can’t reach him/her, try the exchange (after-hours) number for your doc.
If it is gradually going down, I wouldn’t be as concerned. Try to relax and do exactly as you were told post procedure.
