Do you know about hemorrhoids?

I’m going crazy with the effects of external hemorrhoids right now and I could use some advice. I’m not able to sleep more than a hour or two and I can’t take it anymore.
What are you doing to ease the discomfort? Or what did you do when you had them? How long have you had them or how long did you have them?

What do you mean by using witch hazel? I’ve seen it in a clear bottle at the drug store. How do I apply it and is there only one kind of witch hazel?

Try making a compress of Witch Hazel and applying it to the affected area. Take a stool softener to ease the strain when using the toilet. Use only non-perfumed toilet paper and do not scratch the area no matter how itchy it is. Try sitting in a hot bath as much as possible as well. They will eventually go away, especially if you are using the WH (plus it takes away a lot of the itchiness).
