Do Hemorrhoids ever go away?

It depends on what type and how severe. The pain and swelling usually go away with time, but the tissue that gets pushed out can remain. Other times, if they are prolapsed from inside, surgery such as a PPH procedure can alleviate symptoms. If they become thrombosed a topical ointment can help with pain and swelling and irritation. I would say try to eat more fiber and not to force too hard, that’ll help to prevent the veins from popping out and causing your problem. Hope you feel better.
