hemorrhoids gas
I passed gas seven hours ago, now it feels like I have a knuckle sticking out of my rectum. Please help!?

I’m too embarrassed to go to the doctor, but it feels like I’m passing an ostrich egg. I know it’s not hemorrhoids, because I already have those.
Any suggestions?
