hemorrhoids internal and external

I have an external hemorrhoid, and also some internal ones, should i have surgery to have them removed? 19/F?

Try this for 1 week first and think of surgery.
First thing in the morning -Sqeeze a whole lemon into a glass of milk and drink it.Do this for 7 days. The haemorrhoids should start to shrink.
