Hemorrhoids, Lower Back Pain, Colon Cancer, Pregnancy?

I have had hemorrhoids for about 6-7 months are are TERRIBLE! Everytime I use the bathroom I come out in tears! I went to the doctor a few times and all they say is “use the over the counter products” I have used every product possible. I have recently gotten lower back pain also. My g-ma went to the hospital a few months ago JUST for severe backpain and found out it was colon cancer! My mom also was diagnosed a few months ago with PRE cancerous colon cancer polyps. I FINALLY was able to make an appointment with a Gasterointerologist and then found out I was pregnant! I am now about 9 weeks pregnant and the hemorrhoids are getting worse. The Gasterointerologist won’t see me until after the baby is born. My OB says “use over the counter products to treat them” and meanwhile I am scared to death because I’m watching my g-ma go through chemo! Any advice? Or ideas on what helps? They are so bad there is also blood in my stool on occassion!
