Miracle Cure for Hemorrhoids?

I’m 38 w prego and been in labor for 4 days not dilating my dr will not help. Because of the pressure of my daughter being in the birth canal already I have horrible hemorrhoids, the worst I’ve ever had. I am to the point where I don’t want to eat, I am not constipated but it is very painful to go to the bathroom or walk or even sit or lay down. On top of the contractions it is almost too unbearable! I have tried the over the counter and even a prescription that did not help, so now I am desperate, I either need an idea to take them away completely or an idea of something that will numb them til I have this baby.
