hemorrhoids oozing

black foam oozes out of my rectum?

The other day I was pooping and then after I was done, this black foam was oozing out. I tasted it and it was horrible. I smelt it also and it smelt bad also. I tasted it because a web site told me to. I have hemorrhoids. The website told me it could be cancer. Can anyone please tell me what the black foam is???
