For people who have had hemorrhoids?

Ok, i know this is a little gross so bare with me…

I don’t know if i might have Internal hemorrhoids, so i’m looking for someone to maybe describe what it feels like, or tell me what they think based on my symptoms.

I’m feeling pressure in the opening, right where the muscles are to contract the anus…its almost like when you contract them, theres something in the way i guess…i dunno how to describe it. but i’m not feeling any pain, not even during bowel movements. there is no bleeding, or excessive itching. i’ve felt around and didn’t find any lumps, but i’m not about to stick my finger in there to look…so i think i might have an internal hemorrhoid…but all it is is pressure…

Does that sound like a hemorrhoid to you? please help me if you can. thanks to anyone who does

It could be a hemorrhoid but they usually bleed. It could be a fissure (a tear in skin) but they are usually painful and bleed. It could be a Polyp but they usually occur ‘further in’. Only your proctologist will know for sure.
