Strange bruising? Really hurts!?

For the past month I’ve had some serious hurt going on down there. At first I thought I had hemorrhoids because I had small painful bumps around my anus. They went away. Now I have a strange bruise that’s started on my inner thigh region. It’s between my labia and anus, and close to the high, basically where the curve of my bum starts. I was thinking maybe it could be caused by my underwear but I don’t think it is. It’s very painful and swollen and bruised. It looks like I have been kicked the area. I know its not an STD as I get check ups often and am not sexually active. I haven’t talked to my doctor about it yet. Any help?
