over the counter treatment hemorrhoids

hemorrhoid treatment that’s effective??
anyone know of an over the counter treatment that actually works?
i saw an herbal one, but it was only available online
- Daflon 0,5g 1 tab x3 times/day and
- Ginkor Fort 1 tab x3 times/day
- Preparation H ointment or
- Xyloproct ointment or
- Proctolog suppositories
- etc…
