I have hemorrhoids, and im 16?

I’m 16, thin and i dont know why i have a prolapsed hemorrhoid small, not tiny, and i think theres another coming too, im scared, it is embarrasing to tell my parents, first cuz my mom wouldnt understand, she’s crazy literally, and my dad does not live with me, what should i do? should i buy a cream for it? im very scared, it hurts when i go do my needs… :S ive always had strainin but that was because of not a healthy diet and no water, but lately ive been on a great diet and water, and still doesnt relief pain, yet it doesnt seem to be that bad, the hemorrhoid does not itch, its just there hurting… :[ please tell me what to do im so upset, im too young for this , and even worse for surgery.

it will go away if you stop straining and have regular soft stools. take over the counter metamucil/fiber supplements to regulate your bowel movements
