hemorrhoids please answer?

OK I no I have them internally because i went to the Doctor, but should I be feeling pain after a BM the lasts about 3-4 hours? Its not bad at first but then gets worse and then slowly goes away again. I have been using tucks pads and preparation H, but its seems like its getting worse.

Had them for years and finally went to the doc referred me to a specialist and had them banded yea its not fun but its also quick and will help out tremendously. Also a biggie is take fiber EVERYDAY a must, get you some metamucil and drink it twice a day, i still have a small one and when i miss a day i can tell bigtime. Need any help with questions ask me ive done about 5 procedures and about 90% cured will do another soon but again fiber a must. For now you can sit in a tub of hot water to help out after a BM but sounds like you need the banding done, good luck i know its a pita and painful.
