hemorrhoids and bleeding when going number 2?

in the morning its kind of pain full taking a number 2 and past 3 days i have had blood in my stools. Ive had hemorrhoids for over a year and never had bleeding or pain when going number 2.

Drink lots of water ,eat fruits vegetables , And have fiber with your food.

This is a serious question so serious answers please. About a year ago when I went to the toilet, when I was wiping my bottom, I noticed that there was bumps in my anal sphincter. I wanted to be able to visibly see this, but since it is in an area that vision can’t reach, I used a mirror.

everyone has hemorrhoids. it,s when they get ruptured is when they bleed. you are like thousands of other people in the world, they have them too and you don,t have to be old either. i know what your talking about because i have them too. you need more fiber in your diet and less meat and drink plenty of fluids but not so much coffee.

I have a tiny quarter of a pea size hemorrhoid inside my anus!
And since I have noticed it there I have taken the following actions.
I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
I get about 18 to 25 grams of fiber a day.
I exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
I dont sit for more then an hour or stand for more then an hour.
And I apply prep H before I go to sleep and after bowel movements.
And since I have started all of this about 2 weeks ago it has become smaller and smaller.

Using Prep H regularly, is really the key to shrinking your internal hemorrhoid. Use the Prep H as directed & avoid getting constipated by watching your diet. (avoid corn, pop corn, certain cheeses, like cottage cheese, as these are binding foods) The exercise is important, but has nothing to do with your problem. Avoid standing on cement floors or being on your feet for long periods of time. Avoid straining when expelling gas also, as that will push that hemorrhoid out. For leukopenia(low white blood cell). What should he eat?

Ask the doctor. Depends on how low the wbc are. Some doctors will put the person on a diet that has no fresh foods, especially nothing grown in the ground that is not cooked. Leukopenics are more suseptable to infection.

If you have a hemorrhoid, does blood actually come out of you?

I’ve never had a hemorrhoid before so I don’t know much about them so I was wondering if you have one does blood come out of you when your trying to make a bowl movement?

You don’t actually poop blood but the hemorrhoid is a blood filled protrusion either inside or outside the anus or both inside and outside. When you poop it breaks the skin on the hemorrhoid and blood comes out of the hemorrhoid. It usually only happens during a bm. You should get it checked by a Dr who can give you prescription medication to shrink the hemorrhoid. I have bad ones but they can’t do surgery because of my illnesses, my immune system is in really bad shape and the Dr said the surgery would be too much so they give me medication to shrink mine but they don’t stay shrunken, you have to keep after them and using a toilet paper with lotion (aloe) helps sooo much when wiping.

Spiritually speaking, do any other Agnostics ever get hemorrhoids from sitting on the fence all day?

I think I have hemorrhoids. I don’t eat veggies much, so I’m used to constipation (it sounds gross, I know). There is a really small bump that doesnt look noticeable, but I can feel it. When I poop, it hurts a lot. Otherwise it doesn’t really bother me too much.
I was wondering if it ever really goes away. People are saying it NEVER goes away? Then how do I live with it?! Also, it is really minor but its been a few days so I was wondering if I should see a doctor anytime soon… Basically, will it ever heal by itself and disappear? Help please!

hemmorhoids once they form do not go away, they have to be surgically removed. You can treat them with things like preparation H or Annusol suppositories, but you would be far and away better off if you would simply drink more water to avoid the constipation that irritates the hemmorhoid and makes it swell in the first place. the body needs a minimum of two quarts of water daily. Of course if you ignore what your body is telling you, eventually the hemmorhoid will grow to enormous proportions and then it will have to be surgically removed… not a lot of fun.

Doctors – Possible to get septic from Hemorrhoids?

Yes. Hemorrhoids can bleed and anytime there is an open wound there is always a risk for infection. Particularly at that part of the body (rectum) where fecal matters passes (E. Coli, B. fragilis and any other common bowel flora). The big complications I have seen related to what you discuss are abscess and fistula; both are bad but treatable surgically.

What could be the cause of anal bleeding?

I noticed some bleeding after going number 2 last night. It was bright red. There are no other symptoms of anything. I took a look with a mirror and nothing looks wrong. But it continues to let out a small amount of blood (not just when going numer two). I don’t feel any pain or itching. I’ve never had a hemorrhoid, maybe that could be it. I know I did strain extra hard when going number two the night before that happened. And I would like to avoid going to the doctor at all costs since I have no insurance or money at all. I will go to the ER if it is an emergency.

It could be hemorrhoids or a fissure. If it is bright red blood then it is most likely those two issues.

Get more fiber in your diet, and if the bleeding doesn’t stop within a few days you need to make an appointment.
