I’m concerned with my bleeding hemorrhoids ?

I had IBS, now I have a hemorrhoid, got a lump ” in there ” for a few days now, I was given a cream just today but should I be concerned if I left blood stains where I sat ? Is it becoming serious ? This is my first time having such a disease, I’m anxious.
The bleeding won’t stop, I changed my underwear twice now.

Did you have a rectal exam when you were given the cream? It’s normal for hemorrhoids to bleed a bit, but if it becomes prolapsed or strangulated, then you need more urgent help. Don’t worry about a little bleeding, but if the pain becomes very severe or the bleeding gets really bad, seek help at an urgent care center or ER.

Do fish get hemorrhoids? EMERGENCY!?

I have a 2″ midas cichlid, and it appears as though his anus has inverted. It has turned itself out of the body about 1 cm, and the poop comes out of that. He isn’t looking good now, almost swimming sideways and trying to hide out, I’ve never seen this, what should I do?

It sounds like a prolapsed rectum. Unfortunately, there’s not really anything you can do to remedy the situation. I’d suggest adding a bit of salt (about a tablespoon per 10 gallons) solely to help prevent infection (it will stimulate the fish’s immune system). You’ll also want to separate it from any other fish, as it will be vulnerable as long as its insides are out. There’s a chance it will resolve itself, but more likely, you’ll have trouble down the line.

does insoluble fiber help in constipation ?

i have heard that insoluble doesn’t help in constipation but soluble fiber help , like Konsyl Acacia fiber , now what to do should i take insoluble fiber or that soluble one , i am suffering from hemorrhoids .

The last thing you want to do if you have constipation or hemorrhoids is to take a fiber supplement. In fact, that could even make the problem worse, especially soluble fiber. Insoluble fiber doesn’t absorb water nor expand, or only minimally. Soluble fiber does absorb water and can expand significantly in the colon. If you consume a large quantity, like a glassful of psyllium seed (Metamucil without the orange food coloring) with water, then you’ll more than likely be plugged up and good. This doesn’t mean you should avoid fiber, as it does provide bulk for your digestion and can keep things moving. But you should obtain it from foods such as fresh produce, legumes, and whole grains – not fiber supplements.

You might try the following first. Drink more water or other fluids and cut back on diuretics like coffee, tea, or other caffeinated beverages. Have some fluids with your meal, if you don’t already. Be sure to consume enough fat – consuming very low fat could also slow digestion. Activity levels could affect your regularity as well – be sure to get at least some moderate activity such as walking on a daily basis. It is possible that frequent high intensity exercise might also be a contributing factor. Take a day off or reduce your normal workout load for the day if this is the case. I have a rebounder (mini trampoline) at home, and that always helps me to get things moving. Jumping in place, jumping rope gently, or the like might also have similar benefits.

One of the most important things to do in my experience is to never resist the urge to go. The urge often occurs at inconvenient times, but the more you resist, the more you tend to condition your body to hold it in.
