I believe that PREPARATION H is available in teh Philippines. It is a very common brand and is likely to be sold in drug stores there. It is a cream that you just apply to the hemorrhoid area.
It works quickly and is easy. The cream is very cheap too.

I’ve been readign contradicting information on the treatment of hemorrhoids lately. On the one hand, a lot of sources say that sitz baths are really helpful and they recommend doing them 2-4 times daily. On the other hand, a lot of sources say that you shouldn’t sit on the toilet for too long because that put more pressure on the hemorrhoids. I’ve been doing the baths and the latter seems to be correct. I feel a lot more discomfort and the situation seems to be worsening. Am I doing anything wrong??
sitz baths are helpful indeed, if sitz baths and over the counter hemarhoid regimens are not helpful then you need to see a surgeon, good luck
I got hemorrhoids while I was 9 months pregnant. Now I’m 8 months POST-pregnancy and I still have this painful hemorrhoid that occasionally makes an appearance! Is this pretty normal? Or am I suppose to go see a doctor now that it has been so long?
There are many people who haven’t had a single hemorrhoid in their life but once they have a baby they have them for the rest of their lives.Some people have them before they have children and they get worse afterwards.
I would try preperation H cream or witch hazel for treatment.Try not to strain or it could make it worse (you probably already know)
