aloe vera gel or juice ???

in the treatment of hemorrhoids …. what is used the gel form or the juice from ALOE vera ,,,,

In general, Aloe is Aloe…. either form is going to do the same thing. In most cases, Aloe Vera juice is about the same consistency and strength as watered-down gel.

However, as far as treating Hemorrhoids, I’ve never heard of Aloe being used for that… I’m honest not sure if you would use it externally or internally. In and of itself, Aloe is a very good tissue soother, which makes me think it would be used externally… so the form would really just depend on how you planned to apply it. The gel may be easier to use if you’re going to apply it and let it sit, either would be the same if used in a bath (although the juice wouldn’t have to be mixed into the water), and either would work if you’re soaking a cloth to put on the affected area.
I’d say give both a try and see which way feels better for you. Good luck!
