i have heard that insoluble doesn’t help in constipation but soluble fiber help , like Konsyl Acacia fiber , now what to do should i take insoluble fiber or that soluble one , i am suffering from hemorrhoids .
The last thing you want to do if you have constipation or hemorrhoids is to take a fiber supplement. In fact, that could even make the problem worse, especially soluble fiber. Insoluble fiber doesn’t absorb water nor expand, or only minimally. Soluble fiber does absorb water and can expand significantly in the colon. If you consume a large quantity, like a glassful of psyllium seed (Metamucil without the orange food coloring) with water, then you’ll more than likely be plugged up and good. This doesn’t mean you should avoid fiber, as it does provide bulk for your digestion and can keep things moving. But you should obtain it from foods such as fresh produce, legumes, and whole grains – not fiber supplements.
You might try the following first. Drink more water or other fluids and cut back on diuretics like coffee, tea, or other caffeinated beverages. Have some fluids with your meal, if you don’t already. Be sure to consume enough fat – consuming very low fat could also slow digestion. Activity levels could affect your regularity as well – be sure to get at least some moderate activity such as walking on a daily basis. It is possible that frequent high intensity exercise might also be a contributing factor. Take a day off or reduce your normal workout load for the day if this is the case. I have a rebounder (mini trampoline) at home, and that always helps me to get things moving. Jumping in place, jumping rope gently, or the like might also have similar benefits.
One of the most important things to do in my experience is to never resist the urge to go. The urge often occurs at inconvenient times, but the more you resist, the more you tend to condition your body to hold it in. Make an effort whenever you feel the need to relieve yourself immediately. Don’t hold it back for even a minute if you can help it. Good luck and good health.
Hemorrhoid Cure-How To Cure Hemorrhoids In 48 Hours
Is there any medicine or method which Piles can be cured completely?
This is about hemorrhoid disease. Pain caused by venous swelling at or inside the anal sphincter.
Yes, piles – hemorrhoids – can be cured completely. But – there is one but – you should determine, what causes your hemorrhoids. Unless you don’t remove also the cause, you’ll be able to get rid of them, but sooner or later hemorrhoids will appear again.
So, in case the cause of your hemorrhoids is constipation – treat it with proper diet to keep your stool soft, if it is overweight – lose weight, if it is pregnancy – well, you wont be pregnant forever, with proper treatment and after giving birth you’ll get rid of them, if the cause is prolonged sitting or standing – try to make short breaks.
Rue Care Oil can treat your hemorrhoids and is also strengthening your veins and in this way preventing hemorrhoids to re-appear.

last week i discovered that i got 2 hemorrhoids, i don’t know why i got them probably because i’m sitting down all day… i eat fiber and i dont get constipated or anything like that. Satuday i bought preparation H and one of the hemorrhoids is going down but the other one is bleeding… is this suppouse to happen? or should i just go to the doctor what other hemorrhoid medicine works the best
Yes they can bleed, you will have to keep up the cream for at least one week. You might also consider eating a few prunes everyday to soften the stool. You eat fiber which will bulk the stool up, but if the bulk is large than it could be causing this problem when you evacuate the bowel. Therefore soften the stool with a few prunes, say two to start with and then see how you get on. If their is no improvement in a week, see a Doc. Best of Luck
Let me see…herpes you have for a lifetime and hemorrhoids are just varicose veins that can be removed, pushed in or decreased with reduced inflammation. I’d rather have a hemorrhoid anyday.
