Do I have hemorrhoid?
It started few days ago, but I thought it will go away. Today I checked it ( kinda ) and it’s as if there’s some hard object around the anus from inside ( as in in muscles ). I give 100% I didn’t have sex with a guy or anything sticked there.

Cut down chili and spices at least for the time being. It may be some kind of infection spreading from large intestine to lower colon and rectum. called proctitis or procto-colitis. You said something about bad odour gas or stools too, don’t worry, you will be OK in a couple days.
