Fastest way to get rid of hemorrhoids?
I’m a 15 year old male and I think I have hemorrhoids. I’ve had them before and it took a week for them to disappear. I’m currently on school holidays for two weeks and I want them to go away because they feel horrible! What is the quickest way to shrink hemorrhoids and get rid of them?
Does drinking water and increasing fibre help them go away? The holidays have just started and I want them to go away!
Hi Stephen,
If you’ve had them before then you know your suceptable to them so you need to change something in your lifestyle to make sure not only do they go away but go away for good.
To answer your question you should be drinking at least 2.5 pints of water per day and if you live where its very warm then drink 3.5 pints of water and remember coffee and alcohol get rid of water from your body.
Yes and increase in fiber will help to and here is a little list of what you should be eating, beans, peas, and other legumes baked beans, kidney beans, split peas, dried limas, garbanzos, pinto beans and black beans, bran cereals, fresh or frozen green peas, dried fruit, figs, apricots and dates, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries, sweet corn, whether on the cob or cut off in kernels, whole-wheat and other whole-grain cereal products, rye, oats, buckwheat and stone-ground cornmeal are all high in fiber bread, pastas, pizzas, pancakes and muffins made with whole-grain flours, broccoli-very high in fiber!Baked potato with the skin, green snap beans, pole beans, and broad beans, plums, pears, and apples, plums, pears, and apples, spinach, beet greens, kale, collards, Swiss chard and turnip greens, nuts, cherries, bananas, carrots and coconut. This helps as well with constipation. One small thing with eating large amounts of fiber is the first couple of days you will get flatulence that’s a good sign the fiber is working on you and helping you to get rid of your hemorrhoids.
