I have a tiny quarter of a pea size hemorrhoid inside my anus!
And since I have noticed it there I have taken the following actions.
I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
I get about 18 to 25 grams of fiber a day.
I exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
I dont sit for more then an hour or stand for more then an hour.
And I apply prep H before I go to sleep and after bowel movements.
And since I have started all of this about 2 weeks ago it has become smaller and smaller.
And my question is , is there anything I could be doing that im not.
Using Prep H regularly, is really the key to shrinking your internal hemorrhoid. Use the Prep H as directed & avoid getting constipated by watching your diet. (avoid corn, pop corn, certain cheeses, like cottage cheese, as these are binding foods) The exercise is important, but has nothing to do with your problem. Avoid standing on cement floors or being on your feet for long periods of time. Avoid straining when expelling gas also, as that will push that hemorrhoid out. I have one too & the doctor calls it a “Fisher.”

Questions about hemorrhoids, please cite reliable sources!?
I think I have hemorrhoids. I don’t eat veggies much, so I’m used to constipation (it sounds gross, I know). There is a really small bump that doesnt look noticeable, but I can feel it. When I poop, it hurts a lot. Otherwise it doesn’t really bother me too much.
I was wondering if it ever really goes away. People are saying it NEVER goes away? Then how do I live with it?! Also, it is really minor but its been a few days so I was wondering if I should see a doctor anytime soon… Basically, will it ever heal by itself and disappear? Help please!
hemmorhoids once they form do not go away, they have to be surgically removed. You can treat them with things like preparation H or Annusol suppositories, but you would be far and away better off if you would simply drink more water to avoid the constipation that irritates the hemmorhoid and makes it swell in the first place. the body needs a minimum of two quarts of water daily. Of course if you ignore what your body is telling you, eventually the hemmorhoid will grow to enormous proportions and then it will have to be surgically removed… not a lot of fun.
Has anyone experienced thrombosed veins around the anus/perineum?ld you like to ask?
That sometimes become bigger or smaller and/or bleed a little when you wipe your butt. Does it have to do anything with hemorrhoids?
They form a small lump , in the color of a bruise.
Sounds like piles dude, ive never had em but an older mate of mine used to rest a ice pop between his butt crack. LOL!
I have had a hemorrhoid for a few weeks. Every time I go #2 my rectum bleeds. Is there a cure for this?
A cream or something. It is a moderate amount I am bleeding…It stops once I wipe…
There are creams and suppositories available over the counter. The ones with hydrocortisone in them that will shrink the hemorrhoid faster.
The only way to get rid of them completely is to have them surgically removed. When it gets bad enough to do that, see your doctor. It’s very common. You’re not the only one with them.
I went to the bathroom (both 1 and 2) and when I wiped I saw blood. I don’t think it came from my vagina but I’m still very worried.
I did some research and found out it could be from internal hemorrhoids or veins and I’m wondering if that is the case would I have felt those? Or would rectal bleeding be one of the first signs?
I just saw my doctor and I have another appointment first thing in the morning but I would like some answers.
There’s actually a quick way to tell if it’s from the hemorrhoids. Go back in the bathroom, and get a fresh piece of toilet paper. Lightly press it to your rectum. But don’t stick it up there or anything. Dab it a few times and look at the paper. If you have just aggravated the hemorrhoids they will bleed a little, and you should see little red spots of FRESH red blood. Then you’ll know for sure if it was that. Keep in mind that doesn’t always work, as they need to be recently annoyed. lol. But if you don’t get any blood from trying that, then call your doctor’s answering service. There’s no harm in a phone call, and it will help to ease your mind. Good luck!
We have road rage. ‘Roid rage is a term used for rage from steroid use. Would “roadroids” be a good term for one of the 20 or more people I encountered today, that acted like “walking hemorrhoids” by jaywalking in heavy traffic?
If you were in Vegas today, the term for their actions would more likely be WUI (walking under the influence….of alcohol).
